10 year aged Raw Pu'er from a biodynamic, high-altitude farm in Jing Mai. These tea trees are grown alongside peach trees, lychees, and orchids. This particular batch was harvested in 2013, processed, and then ‘aged’ unpressed in a temperature and humidity controlled cellar for 5 years. This tea was obtained in 2018 and it has been aging under Standstill's care for another 5 years.
